ALFREDO SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 3/4 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
TO MAKE THE HEN BAKED ZITI:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mist a 9 x thirteen-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
