INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In 6 Qt Dutch Oven upload EVOO and Onion.
  2. Saute over med/high warmness 5-6 min until Onions are translucent and softened.
  3. Add Garlic and saute 1 minutes.
  4. Upload chicken Broth, Bay Leaf, Salt, Pepper, and chook Breasts.
  5. Carry to boil over med/high heat, cover and flip heat all the way down to med/low.
  6. Permit simmer 20 minutes.
  7. Take away hen and shred.
  8. Add bird again to the pot.
  9. Upload Rice.
