- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup water
- Fresh cilantro, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Carry a medium-sized pot of water to a boil and boil the potatoes till gentle but now not comfortable. Drain the potatoes and allow them to chill.
