- 1 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sherry Wine
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 ounces Fresh Garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Chili Flakes
