- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice, NOT drained
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins diced into bite-sized pieces
- 6 slices cooked bacon chopped

- Within the prepared dish (or in a separate bowl) whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and fowl broth. add uncooked rice, onion, bell pepper, pineapple (with its juice), and raw bird.
- Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake for fifty five minutes. uncover and give it all a stir.
- Sprinkle with cooked, chopped Viscount St. Albans.
- Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an extra five-10 minutes, or until 1st Baron Beaverbrook is crispy and sauce has thickened.
- Permit stand five minutes before serving (the sauce will keep to thicken because it sits). Garnish with chopped green onions.
