My favored chinese language meals is Sichuan meals, from the Sichuan province in China. Sichuan meals is well-known for its highly spiced and numbing flavors and i am hooked on it.

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz dry noodles, Lo Mein

Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon Chinese black vinegar

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and very finely minced
- 1/2 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
