Strawberries and Cream in a single day Oats take only some mins to make and are loaded with nutritious components like oats, strawberries, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and milk for a wholesome, filling breakfast!
My children's can chow some overnight oats like no different! all of us love them. I always transfer up the flavor only for a laugh and currently made those Strawberries and Cream overnight Oats that turned out so nicely! I lead them to the night time before and just pull them out of the fridge inside the morning to experience. you may also make them 2 hours earlier than you want to consume them if you prefer.
Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats are full of nutritious ingredients including old-fashioned oats, fresh strawberries (feel free to use frozen instead), strawberry Greek yogurt, milk and chia seeds. I also threw in some collagen peptides protein powder which has no flavor just for some extra protein but feel free to skip it if you aren't a fan of protein powder. Also, you can use plain Greek yogurt or vanilla instead of strawberry.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3/4 cup diced strawberries
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together for overnight oats. Preferably, let sit in fridge overnight or for at least two hours.
- Enjoy!
